Taiwan customs made an official announcement that cargo whose assignee is not designated by real-name verification cannot go through the customs from right now.

According to this, Taiwanese customers who purchase the product to go through Taiwan customs must verify real identification with their phone number by downloading 「EZ WAY (易利委) APP」
or visiting the customs site.

If there is individually imported cargo, the customs will send the relevant information to themobile phone of the recipient through customs site or 「EZ WAY (易利委) APP」.
So please enter the same phone number as recipient information for the order, and be careful not to cause any problems such as seizure by customs due to non-availability for real-name verification.
